1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using EncroGram, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

2. Subscription

EncroGram requires a quarterly subscription of 59.99 EUR per 3 months. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage your subscription in your Apple Account Settings.

3. Privacy and Security

EncroGram provides end-to-end encryption. We do not store your messages on our servers. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use EncroGram to transmit, share, or facilitate:

• Illegal content or content promoting illegal activities
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Content promoting terrorism or violence
• Harassment, threats, or abusive conduct
• Spam or malicious software

5. Reporting and Blocking

You can block any contact at any time by opening the chat menu and selecting Report or Delete Contact. Blocking removes all messages with that contact and prevents future contact. EncroGram reviews all reports within 24 hours and may terminate accounts for violations.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access for violations of these terms without prior notice.

7. Disclaimer

EncroGram is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
